Arrived at the Hotel, gorgeous place by the way! Got taken care of by Marissa, again! Her and her colleagues (I wish I had taken all their names) were so nice to her! And we had Sky at the bar and Stace for in room dinning, nicest people with good suggestions, same for Ignacio at the restaurant. Might have to come again some day! Thank you you Westin San Antonio North!
I will echo others: The rooms and the property are kind of tired and outdated but the staff is great, particularly, in my experience, the restaurant and bar staff. Friendly, attentive, efficient. Was here for a work event and the conference lunches were very good.
The rooms are always excellent. Feel secure in the building. Service is inviting and professional. Location is perfect as there are many restaurants close and my customer is also close.
Great customer service experience! The management & staff were very professional and accommodating. Restaurants inside of the hotel were nice, good food! Rooms were a little aged & stuffy but overall, the stay for two days was great.
It’s a beautiful hotel. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room style is classic lux. The staff was so courteous and professional. Greeted with a smile. Right off the freeway, very convenient.
i read some of the reviews.. and started thinking .. ooohhhh hhmmmm.. but it turns out .. Everything was wonderful .. room was in prefect condition and a veryyy wonderful room .. super nice .. very Happy .. front desk awesome maid service very awesome .. pools sona & jacuzzi greaattt.. room was GREAT ... SUPER HAPPY..
It was an amazing experience staying here. Staying on the top floor going to bed looking at the sunset and waking up to the sunrise is beautiful. The pools are decent just wish they didnt allow alcohol when swimming. The restrooms are a bit outdated but overall still a great experience. Would stay here again. Parking is not free cost 11 plus a day.
I was expecting this place that was above any other hotel.I have stayed in the past three years. I was not impressed. They added some new paint to the bathroom,the hook in the bathroom was broker, the carpet needs a deep cleaning. The bed was extremely comfortable but thw lighting was very dim entering the room.
